Being a former high school teacher and part-time college instructor back in the Philippines, I genuinely believe that proper education is what separates a good from bad decision making. One’s strength is wrapped with what he knows.<\/p>

After leaving the academe, I became a law enforcer where I learned how to be meticulous with information presented to me.\u00a0 It was there that I realized the importance of being truthful in all our actions that can be achieved by clinging on to integrity.<\/p>

And now that I am a loan originator, my commitment to my clients is transparency, no gimmicks, no hiding and no bait and switch. I also pledge to professionally coach my clients so they can make an educated decision when getting a mortgage loan. Integrated Funding is the mortgage loan processing branch of Ilderosa, Enterprises, Inc. – a California registered corporation.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

This company is the brainchild of Josefina \u201cJessie\u201d N. Sioson who dreamt of assisting people with purchasing their own home.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

With the help of her husband, Pete Sioson, she started Ilderosa Enterprises, Inc. in the garage of their house.
